The Kitchen Assistant prepares meals, maintains cleanliness in the food preparation area, and assists with basic cooking tasks.

1. Prepare, and cook all dishes in line with the company’s recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
2. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders during service periods, coordinating with kitchen and branch staff as needed.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
4. Ingredient usage to minimize waste and support cost efficiency.

1. Culinary qualification or recognized cooking certificate; relevant experience in restaurant, café, or fast‑food kitchen operations.
2. Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar cooking role with solid knowledge of Ghanaian and/or international dishes.
3. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
4. Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and lead or support junior kitchen staff.
